Commitment Statement
At ESTER SMADJA, we view the accessibility of our website and services to people with disabilities as an essential part of our brand's values. We continuously work to make the website accessible to the entire public — including people with motor, visual, auditory, or cognitive disabilities — based on the belief that every person deserves the right to browse and shop with dignity, independence, and equality.
The website is built and maintained according to the following instructions:

- Israeli Standard IS 5568 based on WCAG 2.0 guidelines at level AA

Accessibility Tools on the Website
On every page of the website, a floating accessibility button is placed in the corner of the screen, allowing for personalized display adjustments:
- Text enlargement and reduction — several levels for improved readability
- Readable font / dyslexia-friendly font
- High contrast, inverse contrast, and grayscale
- Highlighting links and headings
- Increasing spacing between letters and lines
- Stopping animations and movement on the page
- Enlarged mouse pointer
- Reading guide and text-to-speech
- Quick accessibility profiles (visually impaired, dyslexia, motor disability, light sensitivity, attention and concentration)
- Saving preferences between visits and full reset
Technical Accessibility
- Keyboard navigation: Elements can be navigated and activated using Tab and activated with Enter / Space.
- Focus indication: Navbar elements are marked with a prominent border when focused.
- Browser text enlargement without affecting usability.
- Alternative text (Alt): Efforts are made to add descriptions to images on the website.
- Hierarchical heading structure for better readability with assistive technologies.

Legal Notice
This accessibility statement was prepared based on the requirements of Israeli law and accessibility regulations, and the website was built according to the guidelines of IS 5568 standard at AA level. However, an official certificate of conformity requires inspection and approval by an authorized accessibility auditor. We are working towards continuous improvement and completion of the inspection.
